Bellsouth punishes New Orleans

Bellsouth has pulled the commitment to give the city of New Orleans a building for the cops to use. They said it has nothing to do with the free wifi project but some people think otherwise. Earlier BLS was toying around with pulling a call center out of the area, which City Parish President Joey Durel said was nothing more than "economic blackmail."
